Healthcare Analytics Director

A leading pharmaceutical group purchasing organization and healthcare services company is seeking a visionary leader for their Strategic Analytics team to drive data-driven decision-making and value creation.

As Senior Director, Healthcare Analytics, you will lead the Analytics and Data Science team in fostering innovation and collaboration, creating models and tools that assist the company and clients with reporting, strategy, and storytelling from a data perspective.

• Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the Analytics and Data Science team
• Engage in key analytics projects to ensure high-quality outcomes
• Mentor team members in translating complex analytics into actionable data stories
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align analytics with strategic objectives
• Serve as a subject matter expert on healthcare data, advanced analytics, and machine learning

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field
• 10 years of experience in healthcare data science and analytics with claims, formulary, market access, reimbursement, supply chain
• 3 years in a management role leading a team
• Familiarity with Azure Synapse Analytics and/or Microsoft Fabric
• In-depth expertise in the pharmaceutical supply chain and healthcare datasets
• Understanding of the GPO dual-sided healthcare network business model
