About the Role - Lead the Pharma Analytics team, fostering innovation and collaboration with creating models and tools that assist the company and clients with reporting, strategy and storytelling from a data perspective.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Pharma Analytics team, fostering innovation and collaboration with creating models and tools that assist the company and clients with reporting, strategy and storytelling from a data perspective
- Engage in key analytics projects to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Mentor team members in translating complex analytics into actionable data stories.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align analytics with strategic objectives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on healthcare data, advanced analytics, and machine learning.
- Deliver comprehensive analyses of the Pharma GPO market landscape and go-to-market strategies.
- Conduct competitive analysis to inform strategic planning and execution.
- Advise senior leadership with data-driven recommendations for optimizing Pharma GPO strategies.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field.
- 10 years of experience in healthcare data science and analytics.
- 5 years of leadership experience with strong coaching capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning and deep learning models.
- Familiarity with Azure Synapse Analytics and/or Microsoft Fabric.
- In-depth expertise in the pharmaceutical supply chain and healthcare datasets.
- Understanding of the GPO dual-sided healthcare network business model.
