Global transportation company in central NJ is seeking a Sr. Systems Administrator, Cloud Print Services (Partial Remote) to support and design of printing processes related to custom development applications for critical business services and the definition and implementation of printing processes in a cloud environment (Azure).
Responsibilities:
- Support of the Printix cloud solution and implementation of the Printix GO solution.
- Definition of the configuration and support related to multiple brands of printers/multifunction devices.
- Distribution and configuration of print drivers.
- Configuration of scanning (email, SMB, or FTP).
- Follow-up on technical and operational issues.
- Ability to propose improvements to existing procedures.
- Sharing knowledge and best practices within the team and other support teams.
Qualifications:
- Windows Server / Windows Client.
- Knowledge of secure printing processes.
- Deployment of printers via Group Policy Object.
- Azure AD.
- MS Azure.
- Citrix environment.
- Experience in ticketing.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Printix.
- Knowledge of PaperCut/Equitrac/Safecom is a plus.
