Job Description:
Working with our partner, Barrios Technology, Analytical Mechanics Associates, Inc. (AMA) is currently hiring personnel at all levels to support project coordination tasks in various functional areas for the newly awarded Consolidated Program Support Services (CPSS) Project Coordination (PC) contract at George C. Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) in Huntsville, AL. The CPSS PC Contract provides mission service project coordination support for MSFC including work performed at the NASA Space Science and Technology Center and Michoud Assembly Facility. In addition, an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) component will provide additional PC support services to MSFC and other NASA Centers, including Component Facilities and Technical & Service Support Centers.
Requirements:
- Provide excellent communication and coordination capabilities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Research and gather data, manage storage of team records and documentation, and distribute information to appropriate audiences.
- Conduct presentation, provide technical writing support, data package development and integration to include project plans, milestone reports, and project quarterly/monthly/weekly reports.
- Provide meeting support to include scheduling, logistics, setup, integration of presentation materials, and real-time meeting support.
- Provide event planning support to include on-site and off-site technically oriented meetings, programmatic reviews, working groups, panels, and boards.
- Anticipate customer needs and act proactively to make it happen.
- Provide innovative thinking and process improvement identification and implementation.
- Identify areas for improved program and project efficiency and proposed solution.
- Provide database development, maintenance, and management.
- This position may require some commuting and traveling to other installations as needed.
Education/Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma required with 5 years relevant work experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree is desired.
- Experience working within a NASA and/or large Government DoD environment is desired.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite to include Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, Windchill, and Microsoft Project.
- Ability to utilize meeting tools such as TEAMS, Skype, and Zoom.
- Experience with data management, with an emphasis on handling CUI-sensitive data is preferred.

Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident and successfully complete a U.S. government background investigation.
