Analytical Mechanics Associates, Inc. (AMA) is seeking to hire a Program Support and Event Planning Intern to assist the Program Management Office located at NASA Langley Research Center in Hampton, VA. The candidate will receive an introduction to the RSES Program and RESSPO agenda, support the Program Management Office, assist with event planning and set up and shadow key personnel and corporate stakeholders. A final presentation will be delivered to the RSES Program Office Key Personnel at the end of the internship.

Responsibilities
- Prepare an outline of Key Marketing channels for RESSPO: social media, direct contact by phone, email, other; posters, pop ups, Swag, etc.
- Understand the budget. Work with a team on ideas and to choose priorities and costs.
- Deliver draft marketing plan and social media campaign
- Prepare designs, create purchase requests, place orders for swag and supplies
- Plan Schedule of Events for Program Office
- Prepare Final Marketing Campaign Delivery- final marketing plan, lessons learned, continue to refine plan for event planning resources
- Participate in RESSPO Symposium Live - assist with setup, including any displays or visual material
- Completion of at least 3 years of an undergraduate degree in marketing, public relations or communications
- Strong communication skills in both speaking and writing
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to take ownership of work and solve problems creatively
- Must be able to work independently and also within a team
