Analytical Mechanics Associates, Inc. (AMA) is seeking to hire a Surface Radiation, Aerosol, and Meteorological Measurements and Analysis Intern to maintain radiometric, aerosol and meteorological data collected at the CRAVE measurement site at the NASA Langley Research Center in Hampton, VA.
This internship will be 10 weeks starting Monday, June 2, 2025. The internship concludes presenting the internship experience and accomplishments to fellow interns, mentors, and colleagues.

Responsibilities
- Analyze radiometric, aerosol and meteorological data at the CRAVE site at Nasa Langley and at Granite Island located in Lake Superior.
- Responsible for checking all CRAVE hardware, power, and communications are in good working order, installing new or newly calibrated instrumentation, writing calibration reports and documenting day to day activities.
- Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program
- Must be able to participate in outdoor work, as it occurs on a near daily basis
- Knowledge of basic tools for fieldwork installation or fix instrumentation is necessary
- Programming, data visualization, analytical, writing and communication skills are highly recommended.
- Teamwork skills are highly desirable.
