Job Summary: We are recruiting a Customer Success manager who has experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Partnership & Strategic Advisory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant and franchise clients
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding unique needs and delivering solutions
  • Proactively address client challenges and provide strategic guidance

  • Performance Analysis
  • Work with internal teams to identify trends and improvement areas
  • Work with internal teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of client financial data
  • Deliver actionable insights, especially within QSR and franchise models

  • Project & Operations Management
  • Liaise between clients and India-based operations team for smooth project execution
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and quality standards to ensure satisfaction
  • Identify and resolve roadblocks proactively

  • Collaboration, Training & Industry Leadership
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, product, and leadership
  • Lead onboarding and training for new clients
  • Stay current with industry trends and QSR best practices to provide thought leadership

Qualifications:

  1. Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
  2. Professional Experience: At least 2-3 years of relevant experience, with a good understanding of financial analysis.
  3. Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of the restaurant and franchise industry, particularly in QSR, and familiarity with industry software, protocols, and culture.
  4. Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools. Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
  5. Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with experience working with cross-functional and remote teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with restaurant or franchise management software.
  • Familiarity with point of sales systems and restaurant inventory systems.
  • Previous experience in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry.
  • Experience collaborating with teams in India or other international locations.
