Job Summary: We are recruiting a Customer Success manager who has experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
- Client Partnership & Strategic Advisory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant and franchise clients
- Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding unique needs and delivering solutions
- Proactively address client challenges and provide strategic guidance
- Performance Analysis
- Work with internal teams to identify trends and improvement areas
- Work with internal teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of client financial data
- Deliver actionable insights, especially within QSR and franchise models
- Project & Operations Management
- Liaise between clients and India-based operations team for smooth project execution
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and quality standards to ensure satisfaction
- Identify and resolve roadblocks proactively
- Collaboration, Training & Industry Leadership
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, product, and leadership
- Lead onboarding and training for new clients
- Stay current with industry trends and QSR best practices to provide thought leadership
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: At least 2-3 years of relevant experience, with a good understanding of financial analysis.
- Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of the restaurant and franchise industry, particularly in QSR, and familiarity with industry software, protocols, and culture.
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools. Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with experience working with cross-functional and remote teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with restaurant or franchise management software.
- Familiarity with point of sales systems and restaurant inventory systems.
- Previous experience in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry.
- Experience collaborating with teams in India or other international locations.
