About :

We are seeking a qualified candidate for a fulltime Architect Level 1 / Architectural Staff Level 1 position.

Required Credentials and Experience :

  • Professional degree in Architecture.
  • 3 to 7 years working in an Architectural office.
  • Drafting experience in all phases of design using Revit (primarily) and AutoCAD.
  • Experience working directly with Clients and Design Consultants.
  • Provide 3 Recommendations.

Responsibilities will include :

  • Work directly under the supervision of the Project Manager / Supervisor.
  • Develop construction details with Supervisor(s) direction.
  • Assist Supervisor(s) with developing creative design solutions.
  • Assist Project Manager / Supervisor with coordination of design and documentation with design consultants.
  • Review and process shop drawings.
  • Assist Project Manager / Supervisor with researching products and writing / editing specifications.
  • Correct / Revise documents and drawings from marked up documents by Supervisor(s).
  • Code research interpretation and application.
  • Attendance in our office in Old City Philadelphia.
