- Experience in highway and/or bridge design, Hydrology and Hydraulics, Water Resources
- Strong background in Civil Engineering
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Connecticut P.E. license
