We are seeking a mid-level associate with four or more years of debt finance experience to join its thriving Financial Services Transaction practice.
Specific experience representing lenders and borrowers on leveraged finance transactions, including drafting and negotiating credit agreements, intercreditor agreements, security agreements and other primary loan documents, as well as managing transaction closings and supervising junior associates and paralegals is preferred.
Experience with mezzanine finance or other private credit funds is a plus.
Applicants who have excellent analytical and writing skills, as well as a strong understanding of acquisition financing, are sought to become a part of a nationally recognized financial services team.
