Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite (hybrid optional) role for an Plaintiffs Personal Iniury Intake Specialist in Phoenix AZ. As an Intake Specialist you will be responsible for handling client intake medical records requests initial case documentation and assignment communicating with clients providing exceptional customer service and working with insurance processes.
Qualifications
- Personal Injury Experience
- Medical Records Request Experience
- Case Management Software Experience (Clio or other)
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Client Intake and Customer Service experience
- Knowledge of insurance processes
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Previous experience in a legal setting is a plus
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
