Anaplan is looking for a highly-talented and creative Sr Instructional Designer with Workday LMS administration knowledge to join our Anaplan Employee Experience team in Northern Virginia. This is a stellar opportunity to get involved in a highly-visible, large-scale SaaS cloud company. This role is an immediate full-time position. Your Impact:

  • Design, develop, and deliver innovative and scalable learning solutions in a variety of formats (instructor led, e-learning, microlearning, videos) for Anaplan course participants and facilitators
  • Apply solid instructional design methodology, incorporate adult learning principles, and ensure learning offerings are accessible, scalable, and globally inclusive
  • Own weekly new hire and annual Compliance course process and reporting via Workday Learning measured by 100% completion and as required by state and federal legal requirements
  • Own full lifecycle of project schedule, content creation, manage expectations and partner with cross functional stakeholders and subject matter experts to build content to meet stakeholder needs
  • Develop, maintain, and leverage relationships with key stakeholders to influence them on design standards, tools, and processes to facilitate collaboration and share knowledge, technology, and resources
  • Drive engagement, behavior change, and business impact through collection and analyzing of data to measure training quality and effectiveness.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning and Development, or equivalent practical experience
  • 8 years of experience with curriculum design, working in cross-functional teams to deliver learning solutions with measurable success
  • Strong hands on experience in Workday Learning or equivalent LMS knowledge
  • Provide an eLearning portfolio or demonstrated ability to create high-quality eLearning products
  • Curiosity to understand the strategic priorities for Anaplan and how learning and development can best address skill and knowledge opportunities in our workforce
  • Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience with authoring tools including Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Infographic (Canva, Piktochart), Microsoft Suite
