Anaqua is looking for a Part Time (20 to 25 hours a week) Accounts Receivable Associate. For this role, must be located in the Eastern or Central time zone.

- Help clients by answering their email questions
- Calls as needed to clients to confirm payment details and past due balances
- Review account documentation and payment history to determine appropriate collection strategy
- Update account status and notes in NetSuite
- Post cash received to client accounts as needed
- Research for unapplied cash
- Obtaining PO’s from clients and Assist with upload information for our billing team
- Maintain Excel files of daily cash collections and report to management
- Other tasks, as needed
- Ability to manage tasks in a professional and timely fashion
- Attention to detail
- Experience using Microsoft Excel
- NetSuite experience
- Hybrid or fully remote work model
- Casual and fun work environment
