Responsibilities :
Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues to ensure optimal uptime and reliability.
Configure and manage network security devices and implement security policies.
Install, configure, and maintain network operating systems and software.
Manage and maintain network documentation, including network diagrams and configurations.
Provide technical support to end-users for network-related issues.
Plan and execute network upgrades and expansions.
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of network services.
Implement and maintain network monitoring tools and systems.
Ensure compliance with industry best practices and security standards.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3 years of experience in network administration.
Strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN).
Experience with network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls).
Proficiency in network operating systems (e.g., Cisco IOS, Juniper Junos).
Experience with network security best practices and tools.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Strong documentation skills.
US Citizenship or Green Card Holder required.
Preferred Qualifications :
Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, Network ).
Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with network automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Python).
Experience with intrusion detection / prevention systems (IDS / IPS).
