Responsibilities :
Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
Document current state processes and develop future state process maps and workflows.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and root causes of process issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop process improvement recommendations.
Develop and implement process improvement initiatives, including automation and standardization.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process changes and make adjustments as needed.
Create and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), process flowcharts, and training materials.
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process performance.
Conduct regular process audits to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
Facilitate process improvement workshops and training sessions.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
3 years of experience in process analysis, business process improvement, or a related role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
US Citizenship or Green Card Holder required.
Preferred Qualifications :
Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher).
Experience with automation tools and technologies (e.g., RPA).
