Anarust Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Remote Social Worker to join our growing team. This position will provide vital support and resources to individuals and families through telehealth and other remote communication methods. The Remote Social Worker will conduct assessments, develop care plans, provide counseling and case management services, and connect clients with appropriate community resources. This is a fully remote position open to residents or permit holders of the United States.
Responsibilities :
Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and challenges.
Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with clients, setting realistic goals and objectives.
Provide therapeutic counseling and support to individuals, families, and groups via telehealth (video conferencing, phone, etc.).
Offer crisis intervention and support as needed, ensuring client safety and well-being.
Connect clients with appropriate community resources, including housing, food assistance, mental health services, and other support programs.
Maintain accurate and timely client records in compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including case managers, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Participate in regular supervision and team meetings.
Stay up-to-date on best practices in social work and relevant legal and ethical standards.
Adhere to all HIPAA privacy regulations and maintain client confidentiality.
Qualifications :
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
Current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) licensure in the state of residence. (If LMSW, specify if supervision towards LCSW is required / provided).
Minimum [Number] years of experience in direct practice social work, preferably in a remote or telehealth setting.
