**Who We're Looking For:**

- Experienced Professionals: Minimum of 3 years behind the chair with knowledge of various haircut techniques, Color, Balayage, Highlights etc.

- Local Talent: Preferably residing within 20 miles of Temecula.

- Team Players: Upbeat, professional, drama-free individuals eager to collaborate and grow.

**Your Success is Our Priority**

Compensation includes a base hourly rate (minimum wage) plus commission. At the end of each pay period, you will earn whichever is greater—either your hourly wage or the total commission earned during that period.

Within just a few ​months of following our systems, our newest stylists earn over $30 per hour, ​with our established stylists earning over $65 per hour. Whether you’re returning to a team environment after booth or suite rental or seeking a new opportunity, we’re here to support you every step of the way.

**What You Need:**

- A current California Cosmetology License.
