Coordinate the handling of numerous daily, time-sensitive functions required to maintain an efficient workflow and direct all matters to a proper resolution.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive sales support and collaborate cross-functionally to assist sales team
- Serve as liaison between leadership and sales teams, ensuring clear communication
- Assist in drafting and distributing internal sales communications
- Organize and assist with sales proposals and presentations
- Coordinate sales training sessions, onboarding and team meetings.
- Track sales performance metrics and generate reports
- Assist in managing, cleaning up and maintaining accurate CRM data
- Assist with proposals
- Execute Health In Tech (HIT) quote generation to support sales initiatives
- Prepare materials, presentations and follow up documents for sales events
