The Distribution Supervisor will manage the daily operations which may include shipping/receiving, stock, inventory, assembly line, returns, and pick/pack. Ensures prompt, accurate and systematic handling of finished goods inventory and raw materials as well as ensuring the safety of all associates. Ensures achievement of cost, productivity, accuracy or timeliness objectives.

Anastasia Beverly Hills offers a competitive compensation package with full benefits and a 401(K) plan with matching contributions from the company. The starting base salary range for this position in the selected city is $69,000 - 77,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographical location. Base pay is one part of the total compensation package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role is bonus eligible.

Essential Job Functions
- Assists DC objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, implementing corrective actions. Also recommends personnel actions such as promotions and increases.
- Generates work assignments, manages schedules, sets priorities, assigns daily tasks, reviews employee performance.
- Provides input to the DC management who will use the information to make critical decisions.
- Tracks inventory levels to order supplies at the right time
- Communicating job expectations and monitoring employees; ensures employees are adhering to policies and procedures.
- Meets DC operational standards by contributing information to strategic plans and reviews
- Implements production, productivity, and quality processes; works to resolving problem with guidance from DC management.
- Moves inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from DC; coordinating inventory transfers with related departments.
- Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.
- Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data.
- Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance; calling for repairs
- Maintains an environment of development and recognition
- Ensures safety of workforce by educating employees on proper procedures and safety guidelines, striving to achieve an accident free workplace
- Operational knowledge of assembly line, pick & pack, shipping, receiving and stock is required.
- Ability to drive a forklift and other powered equipment, manual pallet jack, hand truck is required; experience with equipment maintenance preferred.
- Prior supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to effectively delegate responsibilities required
- Knowledge of standard DC safety procedures and OSHA preferred
- Inventory control experience required
- Experience supporting the development of operational standards and managing DC processes
- Data entry skills required
- Reporting skills preferred
- Ability to analyze information
- Ability to maintain the security of confidential information
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow up and maintain timelines
- Ability to work with details and perform work accurately

- Must be available Sunday through Thursday 3:30pm - 11:00pm PST.
