Position Overview:
We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as General Laborers. In this role, you will play a vital part in our day-to-day operations by assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth production processes. From assembly line work to warehouse organization, your contributions will be essential to our success.

• Shift: 2nd M-F 4:00PM-12:30AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor tasks such as loading/unloading, packing, sorting, or re-packing of tile and stone products.
• Inspecting product for quality control issues.
• Strapping/re-skidding tile and stone as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to uphold safety standards and efficiency.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals and deliver high-quality results.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
