Job Title: Production Coordinator

Employment Type: Full-time (Monday- Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, with a one-hour lunch break)
Salary:
- Entry-level (recent business administration graduates): $45,000
- Experienced (Up to 2 years in medical coordination, or production management): $50,000 -$55,000 (Salary dependent on experience)
Trial Period: 90-day probationary period
Benefits:

Position Responsibilities:
- Case Management: Coordinate initial client communications, schedule jobs, manage case documentation, track production, and facilitate revisions and approvals.
- Copyright Management: File applicable materials with the US Copyright Office.
- Conference Management: Arrange exhibitor participation, travel logistics, materials, and follow-up.
- Sales Tracking: Monitor monthly/annual sales goals, manage illustrator quotas, and produce financial reports.
- Promotions & Client Relations: Coordinate promotional campaigns, holiday mailings, and track coupon use.
- Database Management: Maintain and update client information in CRM (FileMaker) and MailChimp.
Skills Required:
- Typing proficiency
- Windows, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- CRM data entry experience
Preferred Skills (will be trained if necessary):
- MacOS, MailChimp, iCal, Todoist, Adobe Acrobat, e-sign software
Willingness to Learn:
- Basic Photoshop, Anatomy, and Radiological Software
Bonus Skills (helpful but not required):
- Basic WordPress, social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), web hosting (Liquid Web)
