Job Description:
In this dynamic position, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to Anatomy's success by developing monthly sales promotions, meeting/exceeding sales goals, generating leads through prospecting, networking, and member referrals, and promoting club social events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell club memberships and ancillaries
- Organize activities each month that include strategic outreach and revenue generation
- Build rapport and develop professional relationships with new and existing members
- Become proficient in Anatomy's CRM systems
- Collaborate with multiple departments to assist in individual and team goals
Requirements:
- At least 4 years strong sales and/or management background with a proven track record of success
- Previous experience within hospitality a plus
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and enjoy a challenge
- Born seller with a goal-driven mindset
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Flexible scheduling required including weekends and holidays if necessary
