Customer Success Manager’s Mission Statement:
Build strong relationships with clients by providing top-notch IT support and spotting opportunities to help our business grow via:
- Proactive communication
- Recurring business reviews
- Facilitating proactive interactions regarding projects and high-severity tickets between our team and clients
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the bridge between the client and the technical team to ensure clear and effective communication.
- Facilitate communication between clients and our team regarding projects, procurement, and daily operational needs.
- Conduct recurring business reviews to assess client satisfaction, anticipate needs, and help them navigate the often-complex IT landscape.
- Assist with generating proposals for projects of varying scope, ensuring alignment with client requirements and budgets.
- Identify opportunities that benefit the client while contributing to the company’s growth.
- Manage client expectations and advocate for their needs ensuring a seamless service experience.
Requirements:
- Passion for customer service with a client-first approach modeled after the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts in a clear, understandable manner.
- Ability to gauge client satisfaction through customer interactions and proactively address sparks before they become bonfires.
- Self-organizing and self-motivated, while still able to follow and implement established processes and procedures.
- Ability to identify and act on business opportunities through proactive client engagement.
Compensation Package:
Base annual salary starting at $70,000, plus:
- Bonuses
- Monthly vehicle allowance of $345
