• Hiring Pay Range: $20.50 - $35.00 per hour 
  • Workflow Specialist I - $20.50 - $25.25 per hour
  • Workflow Specialist II - $22.00 - $28.50 per hour
  • Workflow Specialist III - $25.00 - $35.00 per hour 
    
    • The hiring pay range for this position may include an additional $1.00 per hour Cost of Living Adjustment if working at the Cherry Creek location in Denver, Colorado. 
    • The hiring pay range for this position is commensurate with the level of relevant experience and education.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities  

• Build, test, and implement enterprise workflow solutions to create efficiencies as approved.
• Build, test, and implement workflow solutions to create efficiencies for deposit origination as approved.
• Actively participate in enterprise projects initiated and managed through Project Management.
• Document technical functions, specifications, and training for various departments.
• Propose recommendations for improving document management procedures.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide basic troubleshooting/support.
• Assist with document management software upgrades through testing and communication to departments affected.
• Scan and import documents into document management software.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide troubleshooting/support.
• Gather and analyze information relevant to current and new products and services.
• Maintains a current knowledge and consistent compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, as well as knowledge and consistent compliance with other banking regulations and Bank policies and procedures related to the position.
• Delivers quality of service as defined by department standards.
• Maintains confidentiality as defined by department standards.
• Supports the company’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
• Ability to travel (<10%) and work non-standard hours, as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Education and/or Experience  

Workflow Specialist I

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.

Workflow Specialist II

• Performs the duties above with moderate to minimal direction and supervision.
• 2 years of financial services experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with project management preferred. 

Workflow Specialist III

•  3 years of financial services experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook. 
• Experience with project management preferred. 
• Experience with Low Code/No Code applications preferred.
