- Design, build, and maintain MDM repositories and ability to create basic data models.
- Develop and implement Master Data Management strategies and solutions preferably using Profisee or other mastering tools.
- Collaborates with source systems data stewards, system owners and technical personnel for data governance and resolves any data quality or technical issues related to data ingestion.
- Implement data integration processes using Azure Data Factory to synchronize master data across systems.
- Ability to document the design and develop data integrations, source-to-target mappings, architecture design considerations and trade-offs, etc.
- Develop and maintain a centralized data catalog for the organization, documenting data sources, definitions preferably using Azure Purview or other Data catalog tools.
- Implement data governance policies and standards within the data catalog to ensure data quality and compliance.
- Understand the logic behind queries, with relation to the business needs, create and tune complex SQL queries.
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited four-year university in finance, mathematics, statistics, information systems, or other business field.
- 10 years’ experience designing innovative data solutions for financial services organizations.
- Experience with Profisee Master Data Management and Azure Purview for Data catalog is preferred.
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and data governance principles.
- Strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) technologies.
- Strong Understanding of Metadata (Business, Technical and Operational).
- Develop and maintain SQL Server databases and data warehouses to support business applications.
- High proficiency with data integration and data quality management.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize assignments to meet critical and established deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to lead and work with remote and offshore teams.
- Travel as required.
