Job Title: Assistant Caoch for JUNIOR TENNIS
ANC Tennis Academy is a sports training organization serving youth from recreational to high performance at all levels, integrating tennis training, technique, education, and match play. We are looking for a passionate, energetic coach capable of working with all ages in group and individual settings.
Required Education & Experience:
- Has intermediate to advanced tennis knowledge and skills
- At least 3 months of tennis coaching experience
- Have good organizational skills, and be able to work with confidence, energy, and enthusiasm across various age and skill levels
- Good sportsmanship and ability to work as a team
- Demonstrated competence and experience in coaching tennis required
- Possess or be willing to obtain valid First Aid/CPR card
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Duties/Responsibilities: Coaches should be knowledgeable of safe and motivating coaching methods for students of various levels. Coaches should be able to motivate students as well as demonstrate communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
This will include meeting and working with head coaches to learn basic Tennis coaching techniques and prepare lesson activities prior to class. The Instructor will also prioritize maintaining a fun, warm, and inviting atmosphere for young students.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
