Job Summary:
As a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS), you will be responsible for conducting complex laboratory tests on specimens such as blood and tissue samples. Your primary duty will be to analyze and interpret test results, provide accurate data to healthcare providers, and play a key role in the diagnostic process.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Perform a variety of laboratory tests using automated and manual techniques
- Analyze test results and communicate findings to medical staff
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure accuracy and precision in all tests conducted
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality control standards
- Assist in training and supervising laboratory technicians and other staff members
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS)
