ABOUT THE POSITION :

Anchin is seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) to lead our organization's transformation strategy and drive transformative initiatives. As a key member of the leadership team, the CTO will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of change, identifying emerging trends, and spearheading initiatives that position the company at the forefront of its industry.

Partnering with senior leadership across the firm, and key cross-functional teams, the CTO will drive transformation and creativity focused on identifying and implementing new ideas, processes and technologies which create value for the firm by enhancing client and employee experiences and driving growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive transformation strategy for modernizing the firm's operations and service offerings aligned with the company's business goals and market trends.
  • Provide strategic leadership, setting clear, measurable goals to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and experimentation.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, process improvements and market dynamics to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with external organizations and industry leaders to drive collaborative efforts.
  • Evaluate and recommend cutting-edge technologies and tools that can enhance operational efficiency and drive business processes.
  • Assess and manage the risks associated with proposed initiatives, balancing the need for experimentation with prudent risk management practices.
  • Collaborate with various service lines, industry groups, marketing, human resources, and operations, to integrate practices into all aspects of the business.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of initiatives, regularly reporting to the executive team and stakeholders.
  • Drive the adoption of emerging technologies (e.g., AI, data analytics, automation) to improve operational efficiency and use of data across the firm that capitalizes on the value of the data we possess.
  • Drive a cultural shift towards transformation by encouraging a mindset of continuous improvement, adaptability, and a willingness to embrace change. Drive idea generation, innovative thinking and a forward thinking work culture throughout the Firm.
  • Consistently look at how our clients engage with us and identify and drive initiatives that improve their experience through proactive contact points and addressing their needs with client-centric services.
  • Work closely with the COO to ensure the correct structures and processes are in place to successfully support effective adoption of initiatives.
  • Work closely with the CIO to assess feasibility of new technologies and process improvements.
  • Oversee the end-to-end process of initiatives, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with Firm culture, employee experience vision, client needs and market demands.

QUALIFICATIONS : Education :

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree (MBA, PhD) preferred.
  • Experience :

  • Minimum 10 years experience in project management, change management and strategy development.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role focused on innovation and process improvement.
  • Experience in an accounting firm, financial services, or professional services firm preferred.
  • Experience with risk mitigation.
  • Strong understanding of technology trends, market dynamics, and business strategy.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
  • Track record of successfully implementing initiatives and delivering measurable results.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Compensation :

  • Competitive annual salary in the range of $185,000 to $350,000 based on the individual's experience level.
