ABOUT THE POSITION :
Anchin is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive strategic marketing initiatives for our Advisory Services practice. This role requires a dynamic, results-driven professional who understands the unique challenges and opportunities within the public accounting and professional services industry. The ideal candidate will collaborate with firm leadership, business development teams, and subject matter experts to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support client engagement.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the Advisory practice, aligning with firmwide goals.
- Position the firm as a thought leader through content marketing, webinars, whitepapers, and industry events.
- Enhance brand awareness and reputation within key industries.
- Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, social media, events, SEO).
- Leadership and management of strategic, unique, and creative events; leads follow-up and ROI analysis.
- Manages the development and implementation of accurate and effective content marketing strategy (case studies, reports, and email campaigns and website content), incorporating SEO and brand messaging.
- Create compelling content and messaging that highlights Advisory service offerings, client success stories, and industry insights.
- Plan, develop, and implement thought Leadership campaigns—developing topics and schedule, directing internal group members and ghost writers to uphold deadlines, editing content, managing distribution, and measuring and reporting results.
- Track and measure campaign performance to leverage data for business development efforts and optimize engagement / ROI.
- Works with group leaders and members to develop, update, and execute marketing and business development plans.
- Creates and oversees group marketing budgets; solicits input and gains approval.
- Partner with Business Development teams to support lead-generation efforts and nurture client relationships.
- Supports group members in identifying and pursuing targets and capitalizing on opportunities as they arise.
- New Business and Opportunity pipeline monitoring and progression, including managing the proposal and RFP process, developing of strategic and issue-led proposals / RFP responses, and tracking win / loss ratio related to prospecting.
- Develop and manage CRM strategies to track client interactions and identify opportunities.
- Plan and execute networking events, webinars, and conferences to engage prospects and clients.
- Leverage SEO, PPC, and LinkedIn strategies to enhance online presence.
- Collaborate closely with Advisory Partners and Subject Matter Experts to develop and update marketing materials.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media partners.
- Develops initiatives to expand quality contacts, drive client referrals, focus resources on key referral sources; measures and reports results.
- Plans and drives effective internal communications to inform and promote cross-selling, event coordination and campaign success.
- Sets agenda and leads regular Advisory Group Leader meetings and leads efforts to progress initiatives in between meetings
- Monitors marketplace and competitor developments, ensuring Anchin is properly positioned in the market.
- Brings new marketing and business development ideas to relevant group leaders, Head of Marketing and other leaders.
- Leverages data, leads group data hygiene programs, presenting progress toward KPIs, other initiative results to group leaders.
- Helps train advisory group members on BD and Marketing concepts and tools to help bolster their ability to market themselves and the Firm.
- Oversees awards submissions for group leaders and members to ensure consistency in style.
- Supervises, guides, and helps train Advisory Marketing supervisor and other junior members of the marketing team.
- Keeps Head of Marketing looped in and apprised of key activities and developments with agreed-upon reporting.
