Anchor ABA, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join their team at Anchor ABA. As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in providing direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.

Our Applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy is a scientific and evidence-based approach that helps kids with autism learn and develop skills to improve and manage their behaviors. Responsibilities:
· Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
· Conduct direct therapy sessions with clients using applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques
· Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions
· Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency and effectiveness of treatment plans
· Provide feedback and support to clients and their families on behavior management strategies
Qualifications:
· Must be at least 18 years old
· Obtain a high school diploma and a valid driving license
· Ability to pass necessary background checks as required by schools and childcare centers
· Must complete and pass 40 hours of required training
· Obtain a RBT certification with the first 60 to 90 days.
· Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities, preferred
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment
· Willingness to learn and implement new strategies in behavior analysis
