Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Answer incoming calls and manage phone systems to ensure effective communication with clients and team members.
- Book marina boat rentals.
- Maintain storage contracts and billings.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
- Maintain an organized filing system for easy access to information.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide exceptional service.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a clerk or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Computer experience using Quickbooks, Word & Excel a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Familiarity with phone systems and customer service practices.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
- Experience as a personal assistant or in an office setting is a plus.
