We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Schedule B-2 Lego Robotics Sponsor to create a safe and engaging afterschool environment for students. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage students during afterschool activities to maintain a safe, fun, and inclusive environment.
- Plan and facilitate various structured and unstructured activities that promote student interaction and development.
- Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging respect, collaboration, and positive behavior.
- Monitor student well-being, ensuring they are safe and comfortable at all times.
- Communicate with parents and guardians as necessary, providing updates on student activities and behavior.
- Assist in managing any behavioral issues, ensuring that all students are treated fairly and respectfully.
- Collaborate with other staff and team members to organize events and activities that enhance the afterschool program.
- E nsure that all activities comply with safety regulations and district policies.
