Occupational Therapist (PRN)
Location: Anchor Care and Rehabilitation Center
Shift: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with administration, medical, nursing, and other departments to plan and deliver therapy services.
- Develop and maintain occupational therapy standards, policies, and procedures.
- Participate in discharge planning, resident assessments, and care plan development.
- Lead the occupational therapy department alongside the Rehabilitation Director, ensuring high standards of care.
- Maintain resident treatment records, progress notes, and communicate effectively with families, residents, and staff.
- Provide hands-on therapy, including rehabilitative and therapeutic activities, and instruct residents during treatments.
- Ensure safety during all therapy sessions and compliance with infection control procedures.
Requirements:
- Active and valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in New Jersey
- Experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related medical facility in a therapist capacity.
- Training in rehabilitative and restorative therapy practices.
- Nursing home experience is a plus.
