Role Description
- Managing the executive's schedule, including setting up meetings appointments and ensuring they are well-organized. This may involve coordinating with other team members and external parties.
- Acting as a gatekeeper, screening calls, emails, and other correspondence, and prioritizing or responding on behalf of the executive when appropriate.
- Scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes for meetings. Executive assistants often play a key role in ensuring that important decisions and action items are tracked and followed up.
- Researching and providing the executive with relevant information, reports, and data to support decision-making.
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintaining the privacy and security of the executive's personal and professional matters.
- Assisting in troubleshooting issues and finding solutions to challenges that may arise in the executive's work.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, employees, and external partners on behalf of the executive, sometimes representing the executive in meetings and negotiations.
- Proficiency in using various software and communication tools, such as Microsoft Office, email systems, video conferencing platforms, and project management software.
- Assisting with tasks that may arise, such as research, presentations, and coordination of strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong ability to prepare expense reports
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Executive Support skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field
- 3 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative role preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
