- Update and send out the company's weekly newsletter.
- Create Monday morning meeting presentation each week.
- Refresh the project list on the company website on monthly basis.
- Generate one company article and blog weekly.
- Design and produce graphics for evergreen content.
- Maintain and distribute company event display in office.
- Build social media campaigns with focus on company culture.
- Collaborate on the design and production of company T-shirts and decals.
- Manage project reports in multiple capacities.
- Take company headshots for new hires, as well as photography for some company events.
- Document and share progress shots of job sites.
- Create and print marketing collateral
- Develop and deliver Visme presentations.
