Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Maintain and update contact lists and directories.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, copying, and data entry.
- Assist with the coordination of office events and meetings.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the office.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
