As a Compliance Officer you will be required to hold the HHA caregivers accountable to the highest standards of DOH regulations, handling a high volume of calls, staying calm in difficult situations while dealing with frustrated patients and caregivers.
Compliance Officer Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Must have a Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Schedule and conduct home visits to facilitate the signing of intake documents
- Oversee incident reporting and manage complaint investigations during non-visit hours
- Proficient in computer usage, including working with spreadsheets
- Detail-oriented, punctual and responsible
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage schedules efficiently
- Bilingual Spanish & English is REQUIRED!!!

- 2 hours in-office at 3477 Corporate Pkwy., Ste. 100, Center Valley, PA 180344
- 4 Hours conducting home visits in PA
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
