Our dedicated corporate office team at Anchor Health Home Care serves as the central hub for communication among clinicians, patients, and families within our community.
As a HR Field Representative, you will join our team of field recruiters in their efforts to introduce Anchor Health to potential HHA Candidates. In this role, you will be assisting and supporting the recruiting team with follow up with caregivers in their house to collect documents and help with the onboarding process.
HR Field Representative Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with HHA Schools and training programs to attract talent
- Collaborate with the director of Human Resources to come up with creative ways of attracting talent
- Track and report on recruiting activities and outcomes
HR Field Representative Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Engage with potential caregivers and provide them with information about our services
- 1 year of prior experience in a recruitmentis highly preferred
- Proficient in using computer systems and software
- Ability to work well in a team as well as a independently
- Valid driver's license and a car required (travel expenses covered!)
- Spanish speaking preferred
- Flexible hours
- Weekends as needed

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
