Job Description :

The Experienced Lead HVAC Installer will be responsible for the installation of heating and air conditioning systems to company standards, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the completion of all paperwork and compliance with policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities :

Install HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
Lead and supervise a team of junior installers and apprentices.
Review and understand blueprints, technical diagrams, and manufacturer instructions.
Ensure all installations meet local HVAC codes and regulations.
Perform installation work independently and with a team, ensuring high-quality standards.
Troubleshoot and diagnose problems related to HVAC installations and provide solutions.
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management.
Provide training and mentorship to junior installers and apprentices.
Complete all necessary paperwork and job forms in Service Titan.
Maintain inventory of materials and equipment.

Qualifications :

Proven experience as an HVAC installer, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a lead role.

Relevant certifications (e.g., EPA Certification).

Strong understanding of HVAC systems, installation techniques, and standards.

Ability to read and understand technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Willing to complete a background check.

Physical Requirements :

Ability to work in confined spaces and high places.

Ability to lift heavy equipment and tools, up to 50 lbs.

Capability to work in varying weather conditions.
