Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate sales activities and manage installation schedules.
- Register equipment, file rebates and buy equipment warranties.
- Serve as the primary contact for customers during the sales and installation process.
- Collaborate with sales, installation teams, and clients to ensure seamless communication and project completion.
- Prepare and manage paperwork and documentation related to sales and installation including permits.
- Assist in resolving customer concerns and ensure their needs are met in a timely manner.
- Maintain an organized database and records for all sales and installations.
