Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and develop staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee scheduling, staff performance, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure food and service standards.
- Develop and manage the restaurant budget, controlling costs and maximizing profitability.
- Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and friendly service.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and effectively.
- Ensure the restaurant complies with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintain a clean and safe environment for both guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to fifty pounds as required.
