Job Description:
Anchor In-Home Care is seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated caregivers to provide exceptional in-home care to clients in Holland, MI. We are looking to hire caregivers for 2nd shift from 7pm-11pm. Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time work, we offer a fulfilling opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives, without the stress of a hospital or facility setting.
As a caregiver, you’ll support clients with their personal care needs, daily activities, and emotional well-being. You'll play a key role in enhancing their quality of life, ensuring they are comfortable and cared for in a compassionate, faith-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
- Help clients with daily activities to promote independence.
- Build trusting relationships and ensure client’s emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
- Follow personalized care plans tailored to each client’s needs.
- Commit to working every other weekend as part of your regular schedule.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years caregiving experience preferred.
- CNA certification is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and empathy skills.
- Must reliably commute to Holland, MI.
