Key Responsibilities :

Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.

Help clients with daily activities and encourage independence.

Build trusting relationships with clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Follow care plans tailored to each client’s individual needs.

Work every other weekend as part of your regular schedule.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience (required).

CNA certification is preferred but not required.

Ability to reliably commute to Holland, MI.

High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
