Anchor In-Home Care is seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Caregivers to join our team in Kalamazoo, MI. We have immediate openings in 1st shift for both full and part time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional personal care assistance such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Assist clients with daily activities to promote independence and overall well-being.
- Develop and maintain trusting relationships with clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.
- Follow personalized care plans designed to support the individual needs of each client.
- Maintain a commitment to work every other weekend as part of your regular schedule.

What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience preferred.
- CNA certification is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and empathy skills.
- Must be able to reliably commute to Kalamazoo, MI.
