Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Help clients maintain independence by supporting their daily activities.
- Build trusting relationships with clients to ensure their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.
- Follow personalized care plans to provide tailored support for each client.
- Weekend shifts required as part of regular schedule.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience (preferred).
- CNA certification is a plus, but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to reliably commute to Holland, MI.
