About the Position: We are currently seeking Registered LPN's and RN's who are retired or semi-retired and looking to return to the workforce in a flexible, part-time, or full time capacity. At Anchor, we offer professional, one-on-one care to clients in their homes, and we value the expertise, compassion, and dedication that retired nurses bring to our team. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in their homes including personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
* Assist clients with daily activities to promote independence and overall well-being.
* Develop and maintain trusting relationships with clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.
* Follow personalized care plans designed to support the individual needs of each client.
Qualifications:
* Must be or have been a registered nurse (RN) or LPN.
* Must Have a High school diploma.
* Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and empathy skills.
* Must be able to reliably commute to Holland, MI.
