This position is classified as non-exempt, and reports to Anchor Owners.

Workers' Compensation Insurance Account Management.
SALARY RANGE
$45,000 to $99,000 per year (non-exempt) Bonus Benefits
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Duties and Responsibilities
The individual in this position is expected to engage in the following work-related activities.
· It is required that this position actively supports Anchor and all employees and customers in a positive manner.
· Maintain successful client and underwriter relationships.
· Manage the renewal cycle and servicing of larger, more complex client accounts.
· Understand the risk management process and counsel clients in its application.
· Analyze documents for insurance requirements and risk exposures.
· Analyze and understand policy forms.
· Issue certificates.
· Issue, review and process policy endorsements.
· Report, open, manage, and close claims.
· Review and check audits.
· Review and retrieve policies.
· Communicate professionally with others.
· Bill all invoices accurately and timely.
· Perform various other tasks associated with account management.
· Perform such other duties as the officers of Anchor assign to you from time to time.
· Show an ability to manage accounts with little or no producer oversight.
· Demonstrate proficiency with Applied Epic/CSR 24, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, Adobe, and other programs.
