- Manage social media content calendars, ensuring consistent posting and timely execution of campaigns.
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers and online communities, fostering a positive and interactive environment.
- Track social media performance, analyze data, and provide insights to improve strategies and maximize ROI.
- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to create visually appealing and on-brand social media content.
- Develop paid social media campaigns (including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.), monitor performance, and optimize for maximum effectiveness.
- Stay current on social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure that content remains relevant and innovative.
- Lead social media crisis management when needed, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to any negative comments or PR issues.
- Collaborate with influencers and other brands to expand reach and drive traffic to websites or events.
- Manage social media budgets and allocate resources effectively to support growth.
