You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery. Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee events from concept to completion, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
- Work with clients to understand their event objectives, budget, and vision.
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors (e.g., caterers, venues, AV, decor).
- Manage event logistics, including timelines, staffing, and transportation.
- Create and manage event budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and tracked.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and handle event-related communications.
- Handle all on-site event coordination, ensuring everything runs smoothly before, during, and after the event.
- Coordinate attendee registration, ticketing, and communications.
- Assist with post-event evaluations, feedback, and reporting.
