Key Responsibilities : Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, from corporate meetings to large-scale conferences or social events. Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, transportation, and catering. Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and ensure we exceed expectations. Oversee event setup and ensure smooth operations on the day of the event. Handle administrative tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and reporting. Provide exceptional customer service and be a point of contact for event participants. Troubleshoot issues during events and provide solutions promptly. Maintain relationships with vendors and partners to ensure quality service and pricing. Qualifications : Proven experience in event planning or coordination (2 years preferred). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
